I live in Sussex, England with my husband, 2 children and teeny tiny maltese dog. I am an avid runner and parkrun obsessee, believing in the power of access and inclusion in grassroots sports.

Starting my career journey in events I have ran award-winning global events agency and planned events for Google, IHG, Walgreen Boots Alliance, YouTube, Duetto and many more. I specialise in audience-first events that drive brand affinity and engagement, and am both a strategic event director and a hands-on operational lead.

With vast experience in complex project management initiatives that drive business transformation, I am adept at leading integrated comms strategies. Rooted in my ability to drive adoption and ensure lasting change through internal and external communications, I have over a decade of experience in PR, crisis management and change projects.

Experience

  • Global VP & executive team member, I led up the global marketing function including demand gen, brand, operations, communications, field marketing, and events. A data driven role rooted in customer lifetime value and revenue performance including full-funnel optimisation and complete lifecycle marketing.

  • Over 5 years with Aeorema Communications I worked across the strategy and commercial department for their experiences agency Cheerful TwentyFirst before becoming Non-Executive Director for the parent company AEO. A full integrated creative brand experience agency I headed up projects for Google and YouTube.

  • Unicorn is an international creative events agency based in London. As MD I was wholly responsible for the strategic direction of the business, opening offices in Amsterdam and NYC and running global campaigns for IHG, Google, Boots WallGreen Alliance, Extreme Networks, Finecast & BD.

  • At CTM, a global travel management company, I led the marketing efforts globally and including a full company rebrand post-acquisition. Global digital experiences and campaign management from the strategic planning to the tactical execution.
